888 Food Company from S. El Monte, California, recalls Ho King Fish Ball, Ho King Fried Fish Ball, Giai Phat Fried Fish Loaf, Giai Phat Fried Fish Cake, Giai Phat Fish Ball, Giai Phat Fried Fish Ball, Giai Phat Featherback Fish Ball, dumpling of Giai Phat fried fish, Giai Phat prawn dumpling and Giai Phat cuttlefish dumpling.

Products may contain egg, an allergen not declared on the label. A consumer complained of an anaphylactic reaction.

A list of recalled lot numbers, which can be found in the upper right corner of the plastic bag, can be found here.

The recalled products were sold primarily in California through distributors and retail stores, with small portions of the products being shipped to retailers in Indiana and Illinois.

What to do

Customers with an egg allergy or sensitivity who purchased the recalled products should not consume them. Instead, they must return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.
